Collect. Sort. Release.

The factory is the pipeline. A rover collects the raw records, a scanner sorts them into one bin per dataset, and a press turns a full bin into a versioned release.
  1. Collect

A collector reads each agency's portal, bulk file, or PDF on the dataset's cadence and stores a capture of every page it read, with the fetch time. Every row traces back to what the agency published.

  2. Sort

Records are normalized into one schema per dataset, and a food premises is matched to the entity that owns it. A record is marked unseen only after a complete scan of its jurisdiction, so a partial crawl cannot invent a closure.

  3. Release

A release is built only when the run's quality report clears the dataset's thresholds and every suppression is honoured. Once published it never changes: files carry SHA-256 checksums and a manifest.

Pay per record.

Every dataset has a rate per record that falls at 50K, 250K, 1M, 5M records. Buy it as a one-time snapshot, quarterly, monthly, weekly, updates only.

Couldn't find it? We'll collect it.

We collect any public source we can access under a stated basis: a statute, an open-data licence, or the agency's published terms. A new jurisdiction or record category is collected within 30 days of a signed order, or the setup fee is refunded. An engineer replies within one business hour.
